Prices are per person/per week for a Catered half-board stay (bed, breakfast and evening meal). Prices marked in red are for Exclusive use of the chalet are for total occupancy - up to 12 people. Dates are from Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated. OUT OF SEASON: it is possible to hire during this period (Early May-Mid June or Mid Sept-Late Nov) self-catered whole chalet at €1400 per week or bed/breakfast €34 per person/per night.
PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE: Flights/Travel, Airport Transfers, Travel Insurance, Lift Pass, Sports Equipment Rental (skies and bikes), Ski Lessons, Childcare, Mountain Bike or Ski Guiding, Taxi Service.
WINTER PRICE INCLUDE: Half-Board accommodation - Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal. During the winter, guests arranging airport transfers with us here at winterandsummer.com will also be offered a FREE drop off and collection service at the local ski slopes (morning and evening).
EXCLUSIVE USE: The Chalet can be hire for exclusive use by you, your family and friends. We have up to 14 beds, but for comfort we suggest 12 people. If you take exclusive use, it is entirely up to you how many beds you fill. We will provide all the services of a normal catered week (see above).
SUMMER PRICES INCLUDE: Half-Board accommodation - Bed, Breakfast and Evening Meal. During the summer, we also include airport transfers within the cost of your holiday. This also gets you a FREE drop off and collection service to the local mountain bike trails (morning and evening).
PAYMENT: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required within 7-days of booking your holiday. If we do not receive your deposit within 7-days of booking, then your rooms will no longer be held for you. The final balance is required 60 days prior to your holiday (any 'last minute' holidays must be paid in full at time of booking). Cancellations once final payment has been made are non-refundable. You are advised to take out a travel insurance policy with a cancellation clause such as Europ-Assistance , which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies. Cheques should be made payable to: Joanne Seagrave. Bank transfers are available on request.
Please note that with card payments there will be a 1% charge added.
